REALITY - Behind my Fitness blogging is a full time working mum! My life isn't all about working out, drinking protein, posing, wearing cute gym gear for the gram! That's probably 10% of my life! 90% of my life I'm running around doing school runs, pick ups, drop offs, teaching, cooking, bedtime stories and working! I get comments all the time about how people can't believe I'm a mum or they forgot I was a mum! And to me being a mum is the most amazing thing in the world like I put that child before anyone! Especially myself!! I never really did anything for myself when I first had my son until when I started my fitness blogging in January! That's when I started to do something for me and working out was that something! It helps me mentally more than physically! Being a mum is full of tantrums, highs, lows, learning, teaching, tears, stress, happiness, LOVE! Which to me is exactly what fitness is aswell!! There are highs there are lows, we learn, we teach, sometimes tears & stress! But I'm happy & in love with my life and the stressfulness it may be! Peace & Love 💗
